From the people at the front desk to the women who cleaned my room, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could want for our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, albeit typically always churning out a constant hum of sound when running. However, the location was very unwelcoming with no real comfort area. The service was wonderful, especially during an emergency in the kitchen, and the dining experience was very good. The hotel is convenient to all Northwest destinations, making it perfect for my needs.
